What data we process
What you send through the booking form: name, phone, email (optional), the details of your idea and your reference photos.
Why
To answer your request, give you a quote and, if we go ahead, arrange your session. It is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept
The website does not store your request in any database: it arrives by email to Bryan Mata. Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery and Turnstile spam protection) and Resend (confirmation email) process the data as processors, only to provide that service.
How long
As long as needed to arrange your session and at most 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to bryanmatasanchez@gmail.com. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Age
The form is only for people aged 18 or over.
